SHIPPING POLICIES
I take great care in packaging your order. I favour the safety of the pieces rather than the aesthetics of the parcel: each piece is meticulously packed individually and, when possible, sent in custom-made boxes using recycled material that I have been given. In addition, I inspect each piece before shipping to make sure there are no imperfections or cracks.
Damages upon arrival due to delivery: refund or exchange accepted if you contact me within 24h following the date you received the order, with a clear photo of the damaged piece as well as the box it was shipped in.
Please note that if your refund / exchange is accepted in that case, it may take between 4 to 6 weeks for me to create the replacement piece, if not currently in stock.
Any returned parcel due to incorrect or incomplete address will result in new shipping charges for the customer, or a cancellation and refund minus the original shipping charges.
All shipping will be Standard via Canada Post.
