Great jar for keeping kitchen utensils nice and organized. Can also double as a wine cooler or a large vase.
The grey-blue band is unglazed and has been lightly sanded. It is therefore quite pleasing to touch.
Microwave and dishwasher safe however, I recommend that they be hand washed.
